Our Kingwood Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become a part of our rapidly growing team. We're not just looking for an "employee" but an individual that wants to become a part of something special.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional, prompt and friendly customer service. Customer service includes receiving incoming calls from clients and processing policy changes, billing inquires, accepting and processing payments, explain current coverage, offer recommendations for coverage changes or additional lines of business, following policy retention procedures and general policy service to insure complete customer satisfaction.

• Review existing client portfolios to develop leads and schedule appointments for agents within our office for them to contact and offer additional lines of business that our agency offers.

• Assist with agents in our office by processing leads flowing into our agency by preparing proposals, offering referrals and providing once again, "quality customer service.

• Assist entire agency in establishing and meeting production goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening

• Must possess excellent computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Farmers Insurance Experience preferred but not required

• Insurance Experience "Required"

• Must hold a P&C License and qualify to be appointed with Farmers Insurance

• Life Insurance License must be obtained within 90 days if not licensed

• Bilingual-Spanish a definite plus
